My name is Drew Wilson
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Brandman University in 2016 and Master of Arts degree from Antioch University in 2021. Over the course of almost five years of experience providing psychotherapy I have worked with individuals and families struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, traumatic events, relationship challenges, and substance use. In my practice, I blend evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Humanistic theories to provide a balanced and personalized therapeutic experience. By utilizing CBT, I offer structured, research-supported tools to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back. Complementing this, my Humanistic approach ensures that you are always at the center of the process; I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space rooted in empathy and authenticity, where we focus on your inherent strengths and personal growth. Together, these perspectives allow us to address immediate challenges with practical solutions while also exploring the deeper values and meanings that lead to a more fulfilling life.
